If a search of the support sites doesn't turn up results and changing the keyword didn't help, try going deeper with a search of the Knowledge Library, which links to FAQs, manuals, specifications, support forums, tutorials and other valuable information.

The library contains links related to hardware, operating systems, software, mobile devices as well as databases, programming languages, web publishing and more.

Apple Software Support The site contains help and how-to information for iOS Apps, iCloud, iWork, Final Cut Studio and Logic Studio. Popular applications in iLife, including GarageBand, iDVD, iMovie and iPhoto, are also covered.
