Help Desk

RUWirelessRUWireless and RUWireless Secure provide the Rutgers University community with wireless network access in most campus buildings and some outdoor areas on university campuses. Camden residence halls will be covered beginning in fall 2012. See the map of Camden campus wireless coverage for details.

Using RUWireless Secure is recommended because transmitted data is encrypted for greater protection of personal information. Other benefits include automated logins and the auto-installation of wireless print software.

Connection Requirements

  • A computer with a (Wi-Fi) wireless network adapter or a wireless mobile device
  • A web browser to log into the network
